My name is Sandiya, and my name meaning is evening. I am from Nepal. We came to the United States because we can get more education than in Nepal. I can  get more education to reach up to my goal. I miss my school, play ground and that things we used to do.

 There are lots of different things in America and my country, like school, teachers, language, people, houses, hospitals, etc...  everything is different. Since we were in Nepal my mom told me that you have to be in the army, but I want to be a nurse and now she says that I can be a nurse. My dream goal is to be a nurse because this is what my mom wants me to be and this is not only my goal this is my mom's goal too. I will work hard in high school and college to be a nurse. I hope my teachers are going to help me to be a nurse and my mom is going to support me.

 My parents will bless me and I can do everything because of their blessings. Before my family used to say that they don't want to come to America, but I wanted to because I didn't see my cousin for a long time. One day my parents told me that we were going to America. I was so happy because I was going to met my cousin and I was sad too, because I was going to leave my friends and country. Finally, I came to America and I met my cousin. Now I met my childhood friend too. I am so happy that I came to America.
